The numbers you enter
Our calculators run entirely in your browser (client-side). The figures you type — your electric bill, state, roof details — are never sent to or stored on our servers. If you use the "copy shareable link" feature, your inputs are encoded into the URL you choose to share; we don't receive a copy.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally and does not sell your data.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links (clearly marked) are affiliate or partner links. If you click one and request a quote or sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The partner's own privacy policy governs any information you share with them.
Cookies
The core calculator works without cookies. Any third-party services (e.g. analytics or, in future, ads) may set their own cookies; we will update this policy if that changes.
